Larah Diaz-Sta. Maria has spent over two decades building one of the most impressive careers in the Philippine BPO industry—guided by a clear vision from day one. Starting on the phones in customer service, she always knew where she was headed. Today, she serves as Vice President for Transformation and Delivery Shared Services at Concentrix Philippines, leading enterprise-wide initiatives in learning, training, quality, and transformation across the Philippines, India, Puerto Rico, and the United States.

Her work has earned global recognition, from award-winning learning programs to representing Concentrix at the launch of iX Hero alongside global leaders. She was also part of the team behind Concentrix Philippines’ Grand Winner title at the 2024 Asia CEO Awards. Yet beyond the titles, Larah reflects with clarity—after achieving the plan, she began asking a deeper question: what now?
