Larah Diaz-Sta. Maria has spent over two decades building one of the most impressive careers in the Philippine BPO industry—guided by a clear vision from day one. Starting on the phones in customer service, she always knew where she was headed. Today, she serves as Vice President for Transformation and Delivery Shared Services at Concentrix Philippines, leading enterprise-wide initiatives in learning, training, quality, and transformation across the Philippines, India, Puerto Rico, and the United States.

Her work has earned global recognition, from award-winning learning programs to representing Concentrix at the launch of iX Hero alongside global leaders. Tonichi Achurra-Parekh is one of the most recognized names in Philippine BPO and customer experience — and she earned it starting from the phones. A De La Salle University graduate, she began as a customer service rep at Citibank in 1997 and spent the next 25 years rising to Vice President for Client Success and Marketing at Concentrix Philippines.

She serves on the boards of both CCAP (now in her fifth term) and IBPAP, where she champions innovation, data privacy, and fraud prevention through the One Trust Link movement. In 2021 and 2023, she was named among the 100 Most Influential Filipino Women on LinkedIn.
