Tonichi Achurra-Parekh

Tonichi Achurra-Parekh is one of the most recognized names in Philippine BPO and customer experience — and she earned it starting from the phones. A De La Salle University graduate, she began as a customer service rep at Citibank in 1997 and spent the next 25 years rising to Vice President for Client Success and Marketing at Concentrix Philippines.

She serves on the boards of both CCAP (now in her fifth term) and IBPAP, where she champions innovation, data privacy, and fraud prevention through the One Trust Link movement. In 2021 and 2023, she was named among the 100 Most Influential Filipino Women on LinkedIn.

Beyond the credentials, Tonichi is a proud LGBTQ advocate, a mother, and the kind of leader who asks the hard question first. Wherever she is, she shows up the same way she always has — with honesty, purpose, and zero interest in the curated version of anything.
